As many of you have read lately, i'm working on pulling a 13 second run in my 2+2 and currently, the only thing holding me back was my clutch. My XTD clutch. Ever since the first day i put it in, i've noticed problems with it. Clutch had a soft pedal (softer than the stock one it replaced) and wouldn't clamp worth a damn. For a non-turbo to be slipping the clutch in any gear with a 6-puck clutch to me just seems rediculous, but that's just me. Anyway, i pulled the trans today to swap the clutch out to the RPS i should have ordered the first time, and found little parts of it fall out. They weren't anything substantial, but pieces nonetheless. The puck surface is burnt and cracked, and the pressure plate... well, yeah, it's burnt up, too. Anyway, i know my pictures suck, and i'm going to try to borrow my sister's camera tomorrow to get new ones, but please, avoid these clutches, they're not worth the initial savings, not by a long shot. -John
